All orders are created within 24 hours after payment has been received. In person pick is available upon request. After consultation, no changes will be made to any order upon final review. For all hair appointments, consultation is required contact directly for appointment times. For shipping orders please allow 3-5 business days to recieve orders, tracking information will be sent via text message and email.
